Day 1- Kathmandu Arrival
Arrival at Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International Airport)
Our Triumph Expeditions team will pick up and drive to Hotel in Kathmandu where we will have the Trip Briefing.

Day 2 – Kathmandu – Visa Processing & Local Sightseeing
Swayambhunath Mahachaitya - An ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city.
Patan Darbar Square - One of its attractions is the Ancient Royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur Resided.
Boudhanath Stupa - Its massive mandala makes it one of the Largest Spherical Stupas in Nepal and the World.
Budhanilkantha Temple - Hindu Open Air Temple dedicated to Lord Mahavishnu which can be identified by a Large Reclining Statue of Lord Mahavishnu.
Kumari Ghar - Historical palace of the Living Goddess Kumari who is worshipped by Hindus & Buddhists.

Day 3 – Kathmandu – Local Sightseeing & Last Minute Shopping
Scenic Flight Tour - An Aerial View of the Top of the Third Pole
Pashupatinath Temple - One of the most Important & Secret Holy Pilgrimages sites for Hindu Devotees all around the World.
We shall complete the Last Minute Shopping at Thamel.

Day 4 – Drive from Kathmandu to Rashuwaghadi Border
We will start our Friendship Highway Drive from Kathmandu in the morning and then we will drive along small mountain road to the border at Nepalese side.
On the way you can enjoy the waterfall, river, gorges, and forest. Finally, we will arrive at Rashuwaghadi.
Over Night Stay at Tibet Border.

Day 5 – Drive Rashuwaghadi to Kyirong (2850m) 36KM Nepal-Tibet Border
After completing the immigration formalities at the border, we drive towards Kyirong Til.
Overnight stay at Kyirong.

Day 6 – - Drive to Old Tingri (4300m) 254km
Today's drive to Old Tingri takes around four hours, crossing the spectacular Kong Tangla Pass (5236m), along the way.
Today there are some spectacular views of the lake named Pikutso Lake and the Himalayas to be had, including Mt. Makalu (8464m) Mt. Shishapangma, Mt Choyu and of course, the mighty Mt.Everest (8848m).

Day 7 – Drive to Everest Base Camp (5000) 160km
Today we drive to Everest Base Camp and on the way we cross the pass named Gyalwu La Pass with an altitude of 5200m and on that top, we can see five mountains which all are above 8000m including Mt. Everest.
You can enjoy the panoramic view of Himalayas in the morning. You can explore the Rongbuk Monastery (5154m) the highest Buddhist monastery in the world.
Then we will visit long-awaited Everest Base Camp (5200m) on Tibet's side and explore base camp.
The base camp itself is dry and barren, but the views of Everest more than compensates for it.
It truly is an awe inspiring place with the sheer North face of the Highest Mountain in the world towering above you.

Day 8 – Drive to Shigatse (3830m) - 340 Kms
Today will drive to the city of Shigatse. Shigatse is the home of the famous Tashilunpo Monastery, the historical seat of the Panchen Lama lineage and well known for its huge Thangka Wall.

Day 9 – Drive Shigatse to Gyantse (3950m) - 90kms
In the morning we'll visit the Tashilunpo Monastery and the free bazaar of Shigatse.
After lunch it's just a pleasant two hours drive to Gyantse, which has the Khumbum Stupa and the Phalkot Monastery.

Day 10 – Drive Gyantse to Lhasa (3650m)-265kms
The drive to the final enticing destination of Lhasa takes eight hours, crossing two passes - The Karo La Pass (5010m) and Kamba La Pass (4794m) – as well as the dazzling lake Yamdrok Tso (Turquoise Lake).
We'll also cross the wide Yarlung Tsangpo River and catch our first views of the legendary Potala Palace.

Day 11 – In Lhasa/ Sightseeing Potala Palace and Sera Monastery
After breakfast, you will set off to view the majestic Potala Palace, which towers above the city of Lhasa. You get to see an overwhelming array of intricate Tibetan Murals, Temples, Stupas and the Tombs of the Eight Dalai Lamas.
After lunch, you will be taken on a visit to beautifully landscaped Sera Monastery. At the Monastery you can observe monks chanting and performing religious discourses.

Day 12 – In Lhasa / excursion to Drak Yerpa Caves, Jokhang Temple & Barkhor Market
The Drak Yerpa Caves are about an hour’s drive to the northeast of Lhasa. Songtsen Gampo meditated and Padma Sambhava and several of his disciples. The site is strongly associated with Jowo Atisha and the early Kadampa masters
After Lunch we will visit the Jokhang Temple provides yet another exciting and educative tour. Wandering around Barkhor Market is another major highlight of the day.

Day 13 – Fly from Lhasa to Kathmandu
You will be driven to the airport (Gonnggar Airport) in time to catch your flight back to Kathmandu.

Day 14 – Fly out from Kathmandu
Fly to home from Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
