Your agreement to these terms and conditions are a legal binding contract between you and www.triumphex.com.

All rights, including but not limited copyrights, in this website are owned by or licensed to www.triumphex.com. Any use of this website or its contents for copying, storing, downloading, selling, duplicating or scraping for commercial use or for any other purpose whatsoever, in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.

Use of this website is available only to persons who have attained age of majority and competent to enter into a legally binding contract.

www.triumphex.com. has taken care in giving details of the prices, packages and other information of the products displayed on the website; however prices are subject to change without any obligation on our part to notify such change to you.

• To follow all the below rules with discipline and without fail.
• The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members; No arguments will be entertained.
• Baggage’s and personal belonging of the participant’s is his/her responsibility.
• Triumph Expeditions shall not be liable for the loss/damage of the same.
• If the event participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any other participant in a group or causes damage to the property of the company; he/ she will be asked to leave the event immediately.
• Participants are requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose it off in dustbins.
• A proper trekking/sports shoes having a good grip will be preferable.
• T-shirt with full sleeves & track pant would be better for trekking; Avoid jeans pant for inconvenience in walking.
• Consumption of liquor, tobacco products, cigarette etc. is strictly prohibited during any type of events and during the road/bus/train journeys.
• Don’t disturb the flora and fauna. No making pretty bouquets of grabbed flowers and blooms.
• Don’t teasing with birds and other animals. Also don’t give any feeding to them.
• Participant’s should not deface or damage any monument by writing or scribbling on them.
• Half pants strictly not allowed while night trekking/expedition or overnight events.
• It is of utmost importance that all participants stick together in the group, in the event of any deviation by the participant without the consent of the leader; he/she/they will be considered as ‘independent/s’ and will no longer be considered as a part of the group.
• Safety is our prime concern and we don’t make compromises for the same.
• If the participants have enrolled for the activities like trekking/expedition or any type of adventure sports activity; then all the risks and responsibilities related to and arising from such activities shall be solely upon such participant’s and www.triumphex.com shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.
• In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; www.triumphex.com, it’s instructors, organizers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.
• Event charges do not include any kind of insurance.
• You need to register with us before coming to the trek/expedition as we will be having your database in case of emergency.
• No arguments or refunds will be entertained 24 hours before the start of the event.
• An adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. In case of occurrence of any natural calamities, if event is cancelled, in such circumstances no refund will be provided. However, in some special cases we may proceed with the refunds after deducting the advance payments which we already made to our tie-ups along with some convenience fees.
• The trek/expedition/event will be considered over only when we are back to our decided arrival place.
• www.triumphex.com reserves the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes due to Force Majeure Events and we reserve the right to do so at any time before or during the trip. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date before or during the trip based on the Force Majeure Events. We also reserve the right under Force Majeure Events to cancel your travel arrangements / offer alternative dates / revise the itinerary before or during the trip. Any additional cost incurred due to the above mentioned reasons will have to be borne by the traveller himself. There shall be no refund to the traveller under Force Majeure Events. Force Majeure Event shall mean and include any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Triumph Expeditions, including without limitation, any act of nature or the public enemy, accident, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualty, strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, riots, sabotage, terrorists acts, embargo, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in issuance or processing of Visa/permit, change of laws and regulations, orders, or decrees, or other causes of like or different character beyond the control of Triumph Expeditions. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR ADVENTURE PLAN After you make full or partial payment, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by the traveller himself.
